Mental Imagery- To be successful in skiing you you must put energy into the components of mobility and stability, ski specific fitness, technical and tactical skills and mental imagery. Run these "movie clips" over in your mind before each run to remind yourself what superior technique looks like. Push off with confidence and ski to the image in your mind's eye. It is like a song that stays in your head all day, but its an image of good skiing.
Caution: There is a wide range of technical precision in this clip, depending on the individuals motivation, body type, ranking on the WC, warm up tactic. However, they are all skiing a surface that consist of rock hard ice.
